What was my role?
As a contract design director collaborating with Gembah, I focused on enhancing the company's project output quality, which was previously underperforming. Additionally, I developed a strategic approach to help scale the business, addressing both operational efficiencies and growth opportunities.

What I was responsible for?

  • Transformed the client experience, boosting company ratings to 4.5 stars while minimising refunds and escalations by implementing a consistent, results-driven approach.

  • Project managed and nurtured relationships with enterprise clients like Hexclad, Babylist, and other global firms, assisting them in the development of their products and product ranges.

  • Implemented a milestone process to enhance development flow and manage risk effectively across various product categories, including electro-mechanical, hardgoods, and softgoods, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach for numerous projects.

  • Created and rolled out templates incorporating AI-driven processes and design tools to standardise project workflows, and conducted training to uphold quality standards within our expert network.

  • Led the creation of internal reporting tools and a comprehensive project dashboard to improve project visibility and management.

  • Engineered a scalable proposal system complete with a detailed price book to streamline client engagements.

  • Developed a system to track and report on the sales pipeline, enhancing forecast accuracy and strategic planning.
